Part of a larger collaboration that takes place largely in the world of the MMORPG City of Heroes, re.FLECT is mainly about two so-called superheroes: Kuroda Yuuki, a card-carrying bishounen idol who happens to have superspeed, and Dr. Michael Scotts, a once-promising scientist who now fights crime under the alias Radiant Beam.
